We are looking for candidates to fill position as follow:

Logistics Coordinator - Sumbawa
Sumbawa (Nusa Tenggara Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all freight consolidation hubs follow procedures and processes set out in the SOP through regular communication with the hubs and the Global Project Manager.
• Actively contribute to the operations team and ensure effective, load planning, training and instruction of staff and provide feedback to hubs after inspecting cargo arriving onsite.
• Have an understanding of all business procedures including import and export regulations.
• Prepare, monitor and distribute weekly export and statistics to Operations Manager, and distribute daily receiving reports to customer.
• Ensure company occupational health and safety policy and site safety activities are adhered to by all personal under their control.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of logistics, supply chain and operational principles to analyze processes, tasks and activities to implement more efficient or effective methods.
• Effective and efficient operation and communication by telephone, internet and computer systems with both external, internal and contract customers.
• Build and maintain productive and impactful relationships with the customer.
• Energetically communicates company and customer feedback and information to the Operations team by contribution to regular “toolbox” meetings and other forums providing direct communication.
• Assist the Global Operations Manager in general operation and management of the overall account.
• Purchase order receiving and checking both physically and on the Warehouse Management System .

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months related work or industry related experience.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English and Bahasa to a very high level.
• Competent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Intermediate level knowledge of all MS applications (Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
• Proactive and able to work without supervision.
• A strong customer service and customer relationship management orientation.
• International Ocean and Air operational experience.
• Must have manual driver license.
